Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Billing Terms”) govern payments for products and services purchased from Cedar & Stone Natural Living LLC (“Cedar & Stone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through cedarandstonenaturalliving.com (“Website”).
By submitting an order, you agree to these Billing Terms, our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Prices and Currency
All prices are displayed and processed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, specifications, and shipping charges may change without notice. A price is not guaranteed until an order is submitted, payment is authorized, and the order is accepted by Cedar & Stone.

Payment Methods
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. These may include major credit cards, debit cards, supported digital wallets, financing, or other payment methods made available through our payment providers.
A payment method is not available unless it appears during checkout or is offered in writing by Cedar & Stone.

Payment Due
For online purchases, payment is due when the order is submitted.
For orders completed through an invoice or written quotation, payment is due according to the terms stated on that invoice or quotation.
Orders will not be released for production, fulfillment, or shipment until the required payment has been successfully authorized or received.

Payment Authorization and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order authorizes Cedar & Stone and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may verify, place on hold, decline, or cancel an order because of:

Payment-authorization failure

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

Incorrect customer or billing information

Incorrect pricing or product information

Product unavailability

Manufacturer or distributor restrictions

Shipping or delivery limitations

Inability to verify the transaction
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Taxes and Additional Charges
Applicable sales tax will be calculated according to the order, product, delivery destination, and current tax requirements.
Shipping, freight, delivery, installation, white-glove service, permits, customs charges, and other applicable costs are not included unless expressly stated.
Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation before completing an order. Tax-exempt status cannot be guaranteed or applied retroactively after an order has been processed.

Invoices and Receipts
Order confirmations, invoices, and receipts may be delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current billing, shipping, telephone, and email information.
Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your order or billing information.

Pricing and Billing Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing, calculation, description, or billing errors.
If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected information or cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.
If a customer is overcharged, we will refund or credit the confirmed overcharged amount.

Financing and Installment Payments
Financing or installment-payment options may be provided by independent third parties.
Approval, credit decisions, interest rates, payment schedules, fees, and account servicing are controlled by the financing provider. Cedar & Stone does not determine eligibility or guarantee financing approval.
Customers using financing remain subject to the financing provider’s separate terms and conditions.

Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment services, including Shopify’s payment infrastructure and other providers displayed during checkout.
Cedar & Stone does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
Payment providers maintain their own security, privacy, fraud-prevention, and data-processing practices.

Refunds and Credits
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. We generally submit approved refunds within 10 business days.
Banks, credit-card companies, financing providers, and other payment services may require additional time to process and post a refund.
Shipping, freight, processing, restocking, installation, and other charges may be nonrefundable as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Disputed or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly at hello@cedarandstonenaturalliving.com with your name, order number, disputed amount, and an explanation of the concern.
We will review the matter and may request additional information necessary to verify the transaction.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Orders that have entered processing, production, customization, crating, or shipment may be non-cancellable or subject to applicable fees.

Changes to These Billing Terms
We may update these Billing Terms periodically. Updated terms will become effective when posted on the Website with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter the billing terms applicable to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.

Governing Law
These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Billing Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
