  1. Payment Authorization

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Shipping or delivery limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After successfully submitting an order, customers should receive an email containing their order information.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, check your spam or junk folder and verify that the email address supplied during checkout is correct.

An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily confirm product availability, shipping acceptance, or final fulfillment.
