Returns
Products purchased through Cedar & Stone’s Shopify Collective arrangement have a 30-day return window from delivery, with no restocking fee.
Returns require authorization and must meet HEALix’s condition requirements. Products must be clean and in like-new condition, with all original accessories, components, manuals, and included items.

Manufacturer’s limited warranty
HEALix honors its two-year limited warranty for normal personal use and 12-month limited warranty for commercial use, beginning on the original purchase date.
The warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. HEALix determines whether covered products or components will be repaired or replaced.
Misuse, improper operation or storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, accidental damage, and normal wear are excluded. Retain your proof of purchase and follow the manufacturer’s operating and care instructions.
