Shipping & delivery

Your shipping address and contact information must be confirmed before shipment. Once confirmed and cleared for shipment, your sauna is expected to leave the warehouse within two business days.

Estimated transit after dispatch:
• West Coast: 3–5 business days
• Midwest: 10–12 business days
• East Coast: 14–16 business days

These are estimates and may change due to weather, transit delays, or carrier availability.

The freight carrier will contact you approximately 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a Monday–Friday appointment, normally with a four-hour delivery window.

Curbside delivery only: Your sauna arrives in multiple cartons on a pallet via a large freight truck. Delivery does not include moving cartons to the installation site, assembly, site preparation, electrical work, or white-glove service. Arrange additional help to move the cartons after delivery.

Contact Cedar & Stone before ordering if your property has limited truck access, a long driveway, gravel roads, low-hanging trees, or other access restrictions. Additional arrangements or charges may apply.

Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note minor scratches, dents, or scuffs on the receipt. Refuse delivery if there are large holes or punctures indicating substantial damage, and contact Cedar & Stone promptly. Report concealed damage as soon as it is discovered.

Returns & cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Used saunas cannot be returned.

Golden Designs’ policy specifies a 20% handling and restocking fee for cancelled or returned saunas, plus outbound and return freight charges. Additional storage or rerouting charges may apply. Contact Cedar & Stone before cancelling or arranging a return to confirm authorization and applicable charges.

Refunds are subject to warehouse receipt and inspection. The manufacturer specifies processing within five business days after return and inspection.

Manufacturer’s limited warranty

Golden Designs provides a five-year limited warranty from the original purchase date on the wood structure, when properly maintained, control panel, applicable control-panel wiring harnesses, and lights.

The sauna stove/heater is covered separately under its manufacturer’s applicable warranty.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation location and is not transferable. Warranty service covers eligible parts; labor is excluded. Shipping charges for parts may apply.

For outdoor installation, the roof or appropriate waterproof protection must be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Damage from inadequate weather protection or maintenance, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal weathering, and natural wood expansion or surface cracks is excluded.
