Shipping & delivery

  • Dispatch: Your shipping address and contact information must be confirmed before shipment. Once confirmed, the sauna is expected to leave the warehouse within two business days.

  • Estimated transit after dispatch: West Coast: 3–5 business days; Midwest: 10–12 business days; East Coast: 14–16 business days. These estimates may change due to carrier availability, weather, or transit delays.

  • Delivery appointment: The freight carrier will contact you approximately 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a Monday–Friday appointment with a four-hour delivery window.

  • Curbside delivery: Your sauna arrives on a pallet. Delivery does not include moving the boxes indoors, assembly, installation, or white-glove service. Contact us before ordering if a large freight truck may have difficulty accessing your address.

  • Inspection: Inspect the packaging before signing. Record minor scratches, dents, or scuffs on the delivery receipt. Refuse delivery if the packaging has large holes suggesting substantial product damage, and notify Cedar & Stone promptly.

  • Shipping charges: Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Returns & cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Used saunas cannot be returned.

Golden Designs’ policy specifies a 20% handling and restocking fee for cancelled or returned saunas, plus outbound and return freight charges. Additional storage or rerouting charges may apply. Please contact Cedar & Stone before cancelling or arranging a return so we can confirm the applicable charges and authorization.

Refunds are subject to warehouse receipt and inspection. The manufacturer specifies processing within five business days after return and inspection.

Manufacturer’s limited warranty

For residential use, Golden Designs provides a five-year limited warranty on infrared heating elements and electronics, and a one-year limited warranty on the wood structure, beginning on the original purchase date.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation location and is not transferable. Covered service includes parts; labor is excluded. Shipping charges for parts may apply.

Indoor use only. Outdoor placement, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear are excluded from coverage.

Register your warranty with Golden Designs within 60 days of purchase and retain your receipt. Contact Cedar & Stone for assistance with a warranty claim. Full manufacturer terms apply.
