Chiller Sold Separately

This listing includes the barrel cold-plunge tub, insulated cover, cedar entry step, and connection hardware. A cooling and heating system is not included.

Pair it with an optional 0.8 or 1.0 HP Dynamic Cold Therapy chiller for Wi-Fi-enabled temperature control. Compatible systems can cool the water to approximately 37°F and also provide heating capability.

Shipping & delivery

Your shipping address, telephone number, and delivery access must be confirmed before shipment. Once confirmed and cleared for shipment, your cold-plunge tub is expected to leave the warehouse within two business days.

Estimated transit after dispatch:

• West Coast: 3–5 business days
• Midwest: 10–12 business days
• East Coast: 14–16 business days

These are estimates and may change due to weather, transit delays, or carrier availability. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

The freight carrier will contact you approximately 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a Monday–Friday appointment, normally with a four-hour delivery window.

Curbside delivery only: Your tub arrives pre-assembled in a crate or protective packaging on a pallet. The freight driver unloads it at the curb or accessible end of the driveway. Moving the tub to its installation location, setup, and white-glove service are not included. Arrange suitable equipment and additional help to move it safely.

Check access before ordering: Cold-plunge tubs cannot be disassembled to fit through doorways or gates. Check the product dimensions against your entire access route and installation space.

Contact Cedar & Stone before ordering if your address has narrow roads, limited truck access, gravel roads, low-hanging trees or power lines, stairs, or other delivery restrictions. The carrier requires safe truck access and turnaround space. If curbside delivery is inaccessible, you may need to meet the carrier at an agreed accessible location with a suitable pickup truck or trailer.

Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Record minor scratches, dents, or scuffs on the receipt. Refuse delivery if large holes or punctures indicate substantial damage, and notify Cedar & Stone promptly. Report concealed damage promptly and inspect the tub for cracks or leaks before filling it.

Returns & cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Used cold-plunge products cannot be returned.

Golden Designs / Dynamic Cold Therapy specifies a 20% handling and restocking fee for cancelled or returned cold-plunge products, plus outbound and return freight charges. Additional storage or rerouting charges may apply. The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during return transportation.

Contact Cedar & Stone before cancelling or arranging a return so we can confirm authorization, instructions, and applicable charges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are subject to warehouse receipt and inspection. The manufacturer specifies processing within five business days after the product has been returned and inspected for damage.
